Delete Your API Toolbox Account

Delete your account from within the app

1. Open the API Toolbox app and make sure you are signed in.
2. Tap the menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm when prompted.

Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted immediately. If the app asks you to sign in again first (a security step for older sessions), sign in and repeat the steps above.

Prefer to delete by email?

Email support@toolbox.services from the email address associated with your account, and we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity.
• All of your collections and saved requests.
• All of your environments and their variables.
• Your stored Pro entitlement flag.
• On-device data (request history and secrets stored in your device’s secure storage) is removed from the device as part of deletion, and is also removed if you uninstall the app.

What is kept, and for how long

We do not retain your collections, requests, or environments after deletion. Limited records may be retained only where required to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations (for example, records of a purchase held by Google Play). Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately in the Google Play Store; deleting your account does not cancel a Play subscription.
