What this policy covers

This policy covers the toolbox.services website, its contact form and its web tools (PDF conversion, email automation, SEO audits and screenshots), together called the "Service". Each of our apps has its own privacy policy: OathLock, Palna and API Toolbox.

1. Information we collect

We collect account information (such as your email address) when you sign up, and usage data generated by your use of our tools, such as files you upload for conversion or domains you submit for an SEO audit.

If you send us an enquiry through our contact form, we receive your name, email address, company name (if given) and your message. We use these only to reply to you and to discuss your project, and we delete enquiries that don't lead to a project within 12 months.

2. How we use information

We use collected information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, communicate with you about your account, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Payment processing

Subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. We do not store your card details; Paddle handles all payment information directly.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service (such as hosting, email delivery, and payment processing), under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

5. Data retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations.
