By accessing or using ToolBox (the "Service"), operated by Toolbox Services (SMC-Private) Limited("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

ToolBox provides PDF conversion, email automation, SEO auditing, and bulk screenshot tools available under free and paid subscription plans.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Paddle. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to process content you do not have the right to use, to send unsolicited bulk email, or to violate any applicable law.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ToolBox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
